RENTAL CONDITIONS

WHICH ARE MADE A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE PARTIES

1º.- The reservation data and the parties to this contract are those that appear as contracted. The security and confidentiality of the data provided by the user is guaranteed, all in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, Protection of Personal Data. The reservations made by the user imply the acceptance of these general conditions.

2º.- Access to the website and its use is the sole responsibility of the user. Any irresponsible and illegal use by the user will be under his total responsibility.

3º.- A room is reserved by type, not a specific unit. LA VIOLETA HOME, assigns a unit once the GUEST has made the reservation. A minimum stay of 7 days is established. For stays longer than 20 days an 8% discount applies.

4º.- The GUEST who makes the reservation and provides his/her data, must be the same person who will be staying, and must have a minimum age of 18 years old.

5º – If a room with two beds is booked, the guest must provide LA VIOLETA HOME with all the details of the second person.

6º.- Each room cannot be occupied by more people than there are beds in the same room. Failure to comply with this obligation will entitle LA VIOLETA HOME to terminate the contract.

If for the development of the professional or work activity, it is necessary to invite third parties, LA VIOLETA HOME will be informed.

Access to the facilities by third parties other than guests must have the approval of LA VIOLETA HOME, in order to guarantee coexistence with the other guests.

7º.- The price of the reservation includes all taxes and fees specifically related to the rental of the room.

8º.- The price of the room includes the use of the common areas, wifi, water and electricity consumption, the use of the washing machine once a week, the use of the kitchen, microwave and barbecue.

The guest will be responsible for keeping the kitchen clean once he/she has used it.

9º CANCELLATION POLICY

10º.- Optional services that the guest may request will be charged additionally and will be arranged directly with LA VIOLETA HOME.

11º.- The present contract may be renewed, as long as the GUEST informs LA VIOLETA HOME 3 days in advance of his/her desire to renew it, and as long as LA VIOLETA HOME has availability of rooms for the new contractual period. In case of not having availability, the GUEST, at the end of the contract will have to leave the same, not generating any type of compensation in their favor.

The GUEST, may not assign, sublet, or perform any action that involves a limitation on the property of LA VIOLETA HOME on the room, expressly waives the right of first refusal, expressly waives any compensation for the termination of the contract. You may not engage in conduct that endangers other Guests or the staff of the house. You may not climb on the roof of the house, you may not climb trees or walls of the property or house, you may only smoke in the areas designated for this purpose, never inside the house, you may not manipulate the fire equipment, you may not manipulate the electrical panels, lighting, water pipes, interior and exterior installations of any kind, block the evacuation routes of the house and its windows, may not perform acts involving harassment or sexual misconduct, may not engage in exhibitionist behavior, sex, lewdness, nudity, voyeuristic observation of other guests, or view pornographic material in common areas, will have to avoid profanity, vexatious or discriminatory language, illegal possession of toxic substances, moderate consumption of alcohol, the invitation to the house of third parties for festive purposes except with the authorization of LA VIOLETA HOME. The possession of any kind of pets is expressly prohibited. The GUEST may not have dangerous, flammable or explosive items that pose a danger to the house and other Guests. The GUEST is forbidden to carry out works or actions that alter or modify the configuration or stability of the room or its facilities.

In case of breakdown or damage the GUEST will inform LA VIOLETA HOME, for repair, and may access the room with the consent of the GUEST.

The HOST, at the end of the contract, must deliver the room in the same condition as it was received, and LA VIOLETA HOME may charge for any damage, breakage or damage caused in the facilities or elements of the same as a result of misuse.

15º – LA VIOLETA HOME is not responsible in case of theft or damage caused to the guest.

16º.- This contract is subject to the laws and courts of Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain.

17º.-The guest must deposit a deposit of 100 euros at the time of formalizing the reservation.
